i tried to put a 24" on it as is and the taper of the swing arm doesnt allow it fit and they dont make a rear triangle for a 24" setup. i looked everywhere. i had the same idea as you did...i did make an awesome tricked out specialized bighit with a 26" front and the stock 24" rear setup
